Our department is dedicated to restoring hope, healing, and wholeness to individuals and families experiencing emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. We provide professional and compassionate care for people struggling with depression, anxiety, substance or alcohol addiction, trauma, and other life crises.
Our approach is holistic, addressing the person in all dimensions — body, mind, and spirit. Each client is guided through a personalized healing plan that may include medical support, psychotherapy, spiritual direction, group or individual counselling sessions, physical wellness activities, and life-skill development. We believe that true healing involves not only the recovery of mental and emotional stability but also the rediscovery of meaning, faith, and purpose in life.
For clients undergoing rehabilitation, the duration of stay typically ranges from three to six months, depending on progress and individual needs. After discharge, ongoing support and monthly follow-up check-ins ensure stability and a successful reintegration into family, work, or academic environments.
At Mater Christi, we see every human life as sacred and capable of renewal. Our mission in this department is to help each person regain self-worth, inner peace, and the strength to live a productive, faith-filled life.
